North of Ventura, south of Burbank Blvd. Street parking available on Van Nuys Blvd. We don’t walk-in service — the shop is primarily the workshop and parts inventory. All customer service is at your home.

How to make the fastest visit
If you’re ready to book, have three pieces of information handy:

The appliance’s brand and model number. The model number is on a data plate — on fridges it’s usually inside the fresh-food compartment, on washers/dryers on the door jamb or behind the kick plate. A photo of the data plate is perfect.

When the problem started. “It stopped cooling Tuesday” is much more useful than “it’s broken.”

Any error codes. On modern appliances the control panel often displays a 2- or 3-character code when something’s wrong (E15, F53, U-series). Jotting it down saves us time.
With those three things, we can usually diagnose 70% of the issue before we arrive — which means showing up with the right part on the van.
